HeartBleed Virus Password Hit List

The HeartBleed Virus attacks Passwords on certain sites, mostly Social Media.

My oldest son is an IT Specialist for Web.Com and has provided me with a link to a web site that gives you a really good idea of what passwords you should be concerned about and should change.

I have already changed all my Passwords that could possibly be affected......

From Snow Buddies to Ooh La La & Ladies in Hats!!!!!!

I just have to tell you all that I had this post done a long time ago and ready to go and then by accident, hit the DELETE button and thought I was going to SCREAM because it all disappeared!!!!!

But before I get on to this post, please click HERE if you missed my post on Why I returned to Blogging.

I want to THANK everyone who responded with such sweet words that touched my heart so. You are the reasons why I returned and why I will continue to Blog but on my terms!! Thanks so much my dear friends!

So here is the second time I did this darn post......

This is what our downstairs Powder Room looked like from November until the first weekend of March.....

This was one of the rooms that was remodeled in September with a new coat of paint in a new color, wall paper border, new flooring , new medicine cabinet and new light fixture.

I am so glad that I chose Gray as the new color for this Powder Room because with a change in accent colors, I can change the whole look of this room!!
I loved it decorated for Winter with shades of Blue, Silver and White but now it has gone back to "normal", whatever that may be in my house!!

I brought back in shades of Pink and turned it from a Blue Winter Wonderland to a Pink Shabby Ooh La La Powder Room!!

We will start over by the sink area but I need to turn off that light first......
That's better.... no more glare from the light!
Now even though I did share this room with you when it was first decorated after the Remodel, I did change and add some things now so I thought we would revisit it......
Most of the items in this room are from Yard Sales, Flea Markets and Clearance Sales!!
I am so happy with the vintage look of the new medicine cabinet and for Christmas, I had discovered that I
could decorate the top ledge of it by adding greenery so I decided to do the same now that the Winter and Christmas decorations are packed away!!
 The sink area....
Moving around the room.....
I just bought that pretty pink mercury glass candle votive at Michaels on the top shelf ......
It was 40% off and I had a coupon for an additional 20% off which took it down to a little over $5.00!!

Since there are no windows in this room,so the scented Rose Flameless Candle stays on all the time and serves as a night light.......
See the Lady in the Hat pin on the gloves????

 More Ladies in Hats......
I changed out the pictures of Victorian people with images that I downloaded and printed out on the computer of Ladies in Hats and placed them in the silver photo frames.....
I remembered that I had this black hat so I added a pink ribbon rose to it and displayed it on the mirror.....
I love these elegant Ladies in their Hats!!
And more.....
The smaller shelf unit....
I decided to keep out a few of the things that I used in my Valentines Decorations like this cute cherub from Dollar Tree....
This $1.00 yard sale tissue box is always a conversation piece because when you press each button,it plays  the sound that the item makes......
The cherub and the embellished book box were also used for Valentines Decorations in my DR.....
The crystal like ornaments were bought after Christmas this year.....
I found black doilies in Michaels in the Dollar Bins and then topped them off with a smaller white one on the shelves.......
Another Lady in a Hat pin!!
And I showed you this plaque that I made in my previous post......
I hung it above the closet that houses the washer and dryer......

More Ladies in Hats!
So this is now what my Powder Room looks like........
A bit of a difference from this, wouldn't you say??????
After I put the downstairs back together after the Remodel, I sort of just threw everything back into place and then went right into Christmas decorating.

I now had time to play a bit and change things up in the Powder room and I am very happy with how it looks now......

Slowly, I am getting my house back in order as it seems that I have been on a roller coaster ride since last September......

I am actually taking a bit of a break this year from any major projects because last year just about did me in.

So the replacement of the carpet out in the Den with the same flooring that was used in the rest of the downstairs and the painting of my Bedroom furniture, which was my Mom's, that I had planned to do this year is on hold for another year.

I need to catch my breath and relax a bit and think about making some changes in my life......

I have made one major decision about changing my Life....

At the end of 2015, 2 of my co workers who are part time will be retiring when they turn 62 y/o......

I am so jealous of them ...

So I have decided that when this happens, starting in Jan. of 2016, I will leave my full time position and take one of the part time positions left vacant by my co workers retirement.

I will then drop from full time hours of 9 days in a 2 week pay period to 7 days. I am hoping that those 2 extra days off will make a world of difference in prolonging my knee replacement surgery until I am close to 62 and can retire after the surgery and in also saving my back from more wear and tear of lifting people for a living!!

However, not only will I be dropping 2 days in a pay but I will also be paying much more for my Health Care insurance. BUT it will still be cheaper than what the US Postal Service offers my Husband as a full time Letter Carrier!!

I just hope I that will live long enough to get to enjoy this!!
