Please hop right over to www.suelovescherries.blogspot.com to visit our lovely hostess Sue and all of the other participants in REDNESDAY!!!
Have you ever tried to find Red Easter decorations??? Well, it is not easy......... but I did find some things with red in them!!
Below is my desk in the Kitchen. The Easter Egg with the red cross in roses was made by my MIL for me over 20 years ago. It is in Polish but I have no idea what it says nor can I remember what she told me it says!!
Well, that's it for today! The local Volunteers of America Thrift shop on the last Wednesday of the month hold a half price sale. Everything in the store will be half price! I will be there when the doors open!! Hope to post some of the treasures that I find at the sale.
Thanks for stopping by today and everyday that you take the time to visit me!
HAPPY EASTER!!
Hugs,
Debbie

I agree, it's hard to find Easter decor with red in it, so next year I think I will make some of my own decorations using red! I love that Polish egg your MIL made for you. What a nice family heirloom! And that striped plate is great too. It looks like maybe it's a Fire King plate? I would love to have a whole set of those!
Happy REDnesday and Happy Easter!
Carol
Hi, Debbie,
I enjoyed seeing all of your Easter decor. You found quite a bit of red for Easter. Red is always so cheerful. I especially loved those sweet eggs! Have fun at your thrift store sale. Vicki

Hi Debbie!
You are so right, it is very difficult to find red Easter decor. But, that egg is just s sweet!
I hope you have a wonderful Easter!
I am so impressed you found some red Easter decor. It looks just as festive as any pink would.
Happy Easter!
Hi Debbie
Love the vintage decor you have going on. And the egg that you MIL made is such a beautiful treasure.

What an adorable egg your MIL made for you. I like all of your treasures. You sure did good finding red on Easter things. I know that wasn't easy. And it still all looks very Eastery.
I love the red and white plate. We had an antique store here in town that was going out of business and they had a huge collection in the same pattern but it was expensive...so someone else became the lucky owner. Also, I really like the tulips/eggs. Very creative idea. I agree they look so delicate better to buy than to try and move them!
I must admit that I don't believe I've ever seen Red Easter Decor! Very Nice! Happy Easter!

Cute stuff! The Polish egg is really unique and nice. You're so fortunate to have a Christmas Tree Shop. I hope they come south one day! Good luck finding goodies at the sale. Love those!
I'm lovin' the red trim on the lamp and your pencil cup! Your paper eggs have cute prints on them!
The tulips made out of eggs is such a neat idea, they have inspired me! The plate what a great find. I also love all of the colors of your decorations together!
Hi, you invited me to come back over on Sat. to check out your Pink Sat. post. I just wanted to let you know that I'm heading out of town for a week & won't have internet access (can you believe that?), but I will try to remember to come by and look when I return. If I forget, please remind me. Thanks for the invite and have a wonderful Easter!
Hi Debbie! What a great post! I had a difficult time at first planning a RED Easter post myself!!.. But I must be ok under pressure, I guess, and managed my way well enough, I'd like to hope!... LOVE the beautiful egg you MIL made! LOVE the tulips made with eggs too! My goodness, they're gorgeous, and I have to tip my Easter bonnet to you for keeping them in tact! ~tina

Hi Debbie,
I love your little treasures so much. I think I like the yellow duck and of course those egg shell flowers the best.
